The x1f4_init_lxtext
function constructs a text library as requested by
the flags
generation flags and the attributes
library attributes
and stores the address of the construct at the lxtext
address.

Only the temporaries allocator record in the attributes
struct
x1f4_lxtext_type
is observed without explicit indication, the rest of the
struct x1f4_lxtext_type
fields are observed only if explicitly requested
(via flags
).
The function returns 0
for success, one of the defined error codes for
failure.
