6.5.1.2 Text Library Generation Flags

The text library generation flags affect the text library construction.

Zero or more generation flags may be specified for the flag argument of the text library construction function.

indicates the text library constructor that it should observe the library data memory allocator (the library data memory allocator allocates memory for the library object construction purposes only).
